I have a passion for technology and collaboration – from software to earning the hearts and minds of brilliant individuals – from colleagues to friends to partners to engineers and most importantly, customers. Having resigned from Microsoft late last year - during a global pandemic - was one of the hardest decisions. I love Microsoft, the products, and the people, but most of all I am grateful for the personal growth over the years.

During the pandemic, we experience a flurry of fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) similar to how we navigate our personal and professional lives. FUD prevents us from taking risks and living the lives we dream.

It takes courage to voice what tugs at your heart when it comes to making a decision. Should you turn left, right or forge ahead? That is the golden question when faced with indecision.

You can feel uneasy deep down in your gut when you take a risk. The thought of the unknown is uncomfortable and often we look to the weight of uncertainty when we make our decisions over what might be. If you are anything like me, you do not want to wake up one day and wonder what might have been.
